ITB Mode Setup Video

Post by whittlebeast »

I did a video on my Youtube channel to help people understand setting up ITB Mode. The video has lots of the backup info that explains how this stuff works. See what you think.

nice, but I'm sure the code is not switching from SD to AN at exactly 90kPa, it is switching when MAP reaches 90% of ambient pressure measured during power up.
so if you power up and crank your engine at 100kPa ambient pressure the code will be switching at 90kPa, but if you drive higher elevation and power up at 90kPa, the code will be switching at 81kPa.

[Field.MAP]/[Barometer]<0.895 || [Field.MAP]/[Barometer]>0.905
I like to use this filter to plot the "ITB load TPS switch curve".

I mentioned, at one point in the video that I was assuming we are at 100 kpa baro to keep the explanation a little less confusing. That is exactly what I was referring to.
