spikes in CLT

Post by spitnl »

Hi,

Just made my first log and I'm seeing spikes in the Coolant Temperature Sensor.
The spikes don't max out(+3degC), are only positive and seem to increase in frequency with rpm.

Is this something I need to worry about and correct?
If so, what would be a likely culprit; failing sensor, wiring or interference?

A 3 degree spike is not going to have any significant changes, and at the top of the sensor range this is well within common electrical noise. I wouldn't worry about it.

You should check inside the megasquirt case for Bruce Bowling striking a baby with a stick.

It's your fault.
