Guys
I am new on MS tuning things. We got some issues on knock sensor setup on MicroSquirt.
Does MicroSquirt have knock control functions? If so, we really got the issues as below.
My MS is for LS1 24x setup from EFI Source.
We have a knock monitor with 0-5v signal output to MicroSquirt. We tried connecting knock signal to Pin5 SADC/MAF and Pin29 SADC, it seems like nothing wrong with wiring.
We have tried setting knock sensing type of both On/Off and Analogue and each Input Pin. But we got nothing on the real time gauge.
Anyone has such experience on MicroSquirt, please?
Thank you so much!

What knock module/knock monitor are you using?
0-5v digital signal or 0-5v analogue signal?
I'm using lilknockmeter and Microsquirt, knock detection works fine here.

I use HKS A/F Knock module, it is 0-5v analogue signal.tryingbe wrote:What knock module/knock monitor are you using?

Re: Knock sensing setup of MicroSquirt
I would start by setting the the knock module its most sensitive settings then see if Microsquirt can pick up signal from the module.

Not sure what to tell you, 0-5v analogue knock input works fine here with my Microsquirt with the 3.4.2 firmware.
