2 things:

1) That link is for open/closed loop AFR, not idle. (I read the subject thinking it would be open/closed loop idle control)

2) constructive criticism -- you really need a better microphone setup. Your videos have good content, but your voice sounds like you're 5+ feet away from the microphone. Its especially hard to hear you clearly over a running engine.

1) I do those videos attempting to make them logical for lots of different systems.

2) At this point, I have about $200 invested in microphones. Apparently I need audio noise filtering. If I ever do find a way to make real money doing this I may try something else.

I gave up 2 days of full time work and it takes about 8 hours to do each one. Think of what to do, create screen shots, record it a couple of times, and then edit it down.

Not sure filtering will help that much - as an engine produces quite wideband noise. Try borrowing a noise cancelling mic like the Shure SM58 that every pop band used for vocals. And have it close to your mouth. The one you're using is fine when there's no noise. Or you could just re-record the commentary and re-lay it across the original pictures.
