no bt device detected

hi i am a entuxiast msdroid user.this work whell on my phone ,its a samsung galaxy advance.
now i buy a used 7'' tablet,its a lenovo a1,i like use it like a dash.
but it dont detect my 232to bt device,it detect only my phone or my pc .
i am not a android or software expert,i think there is some limits on a tablet sw,then i update the sw from android 3.2.2. to 4.0.2,but nothing.
can anyone help me?

I wonder if it has got something to do with your blue tooth dongle already being paired to your phone or something like that. I am certainly no expert on BT though.

ok ,solved,
my bt to 232 interface was paired with my pc and my phone.
a simply reset and a new configuration is the solution.
the interface like max two device paired,then it's invisible to other bt device.
