v2.4r1 stuck downloading tune from uS Module 3.3.3

Hi

I have an issue with a Microsquirt Module running MS Extra 3.3.3 firmware
I have MSdroid v 2.4r1 upgraded to PRO and I'm also a ClubGTI member.....
MSdroid 1 was working previously, after manually adding the MSextra 332 ini.

hardware is Google Nexus 7 LTE/4g version running lollipop 5.0.2
connection is though an RS232 to USB adaptor and an OTG

the software recognises the ecu, and fetches an INI, then gets stuck in "synchronising tuning data, Verify tune with main controller" at 0%, now that I manually inserted an msq into MSDroid. Before inserting the msq, the error was "Syncronising tuning data, load tune from controller" and was also stuck at 0%.

I have tried copying the ini files from the ms3extra release333 zip file to MSDroid/ini/ but still no joy
I tried plugging into msdroid 2.4r1 non pro on an google nexus 5 and get the same error.

so it can see the ECU, but wont chat with it. is that right?

I haven't figured out how to get an error log to email you guys....

The above issue was discussed via emails and turned out to be a USB issue, which was fixed in release 2.4r2.

Indeed the issue was fixed #cough# a little while ago.

I forgot that I had posted here, so forgot to post an update!
