msdroid cant find the ini on the database
I thought it was giving me this error because I had the development firmware but now its on the release firmware and it still cant find the ini. Does it automatically fetch the ini or do I have to drop it in manually?

Drop it in manually from the msextra website firmware that matches your ECU. Just dealt with this issue.

Re: msdroid cant find the ini on the database
I guess I got spoiled by the shadowdash and tu er studio automatically fetching the ini files . I already dropped the ini in manually and it works fine. Thanks for the reply.

Re: msdroid cant find the ini on the database
Hi,
Which firmware do you require the definition (.ini) file for? I am behind with updating the server with the newer .ini files, so I am just doing this tonight.
Usually MSDroid fetches the definition files automatically from the MSDroid backend but I'm just in the process of putting the latest definitions on.
Cheers,
Trev

Trev it is the release fw for ms3 standard ...not pro. I was able to drop it in and get going . I love your app man. It's been awesome. Only a couple small hiccups. Keep up the good work.

Re: msdroid cant find the ini on the database
Running into this with the latest MS3-Pro Alpha firmware. Tried dropping it in under the project menu on my device and it didn't do the job. Still saying I have a mismatch.
Re: msdroid cant find the ini on the database
I have now added the definition files for MS3 1.5.0 release. Let me know if there are any development firmwares you also want to see added.

I'm running the beta 1 dev, and it would sure be nice if the b2 was supported as well.

Re: msdroid cant find the ini on the database
1.5.1 official has been out for nearly 2 months and isn't in the database yet. Please update this, as putting in the ini on some of my devices is really difficult.

Re: msdroid cant find the ini on the database
Trevor has been doing some work lately. Looks like when the new update releases it will be pretty sweet. But i do agree. I spent a lot of money on that app(compared to others out there) and have gotten very little from it so far. I do look forward to the update though.
Re: msdroid cant find the ini on the database
Server is now updated with definitions for MS3 1.5.1 release as well as the MS3 1.5.1 betas (1-7). Please see http://www.msextra.com/forums/viewtopic ... 36&t=67894 and let me know what issues you encounter.
