I'm trying to move datalog from my tablet to pc.
So I tap "view logs", then I choose the datalog file to move, then I choose "email" and "convert to .msl", then I tap a dropbox icon.
so far everything as usual.
but then it starts go wild, an "Add text to dropbox" dialog opens, I tap "ADD" button, then another dialog opens asking for file name"Enter the new file name" with predefined name "myfile.txt", I tap "OK", And it saves myfile.txt to dropbox.

It started last week, I'm not sure if it is a Dropbox or MSDroid problem..

I can move the datalog in .msl format using android file explorer or how is this app name.

same thing here, I never could get dropbox to connect and transfer files even though it says i'm signed in and linked successfully.

problem solved, after MSDroid update everything works again.. thanx

Incidentally I need to do some updates on the Dropbox library we use, so hopefully I'll address any niggles while doing that.

Thanks for the reply. Guessing it's from dropbox depriciating the sync api in favor of the core api?

Quick question: Is the dropbox functionality in 2.5r4 working?

Mine logged into dropbox successfully, created an Apps/MSDroid.

But beyond that I can't tell that it's reading or writing to the dropbox folder.

Also, I'm curious if it's intended to sync on startup/exit, or only when connected to the ECU, or only if a new file shows up etc.

Ideally I'd like to be able to deposit adjusted tunes in the dropbox folder, and have MSDroid pick them sync them to the device, and vice versa.

Any suggestions welcome! And fantastic tool by the way. I see the pro version in my future shortly, especially if I can have the data sync across tablet & phone.
