someone in Glendale, Arizona to help tune a volvo

Looking for tuning help in Glendale, Arizona. My car will run with the vacuum line unplugged from my ms box just idles high 2500 rpm. Plug it in it fires and dies slowly poping and stalling.

I don't have a specific tuner recommendation, but in general, what you describe is a sign the tune is too lean.

Bump for a tuner in the phoenix area. Not a volvo here, a bmw s38 na motor on alpha n. running well, just having no d*** luck playing with timing.
