Troubleshooting help needed in Minneapolis/St Paul Minnesota

I need help, had a diypnp built for me, fuel, spark, its all there.
I've been remote desktop tuning with the builder and he's stumped because it all worked properly on his Stim.

Toyota 2RZ-FE Turbocharged..
Factory distributorless coil on plugs, ect.

If you know your stuff and can get this going, compensation.
