Tuner needed in URUGUAY or online if not possible

Hi guys, I'm from Uruguay, here we have 1 "specialist" that didn't cut it for me. I wasn't happy how the car was left after the "tune up". I'm looking for someone with some experience with water cooled VW, my setup is a MS2 extra on a 1.8L 8v turbo intercooler with 7psi atm.
Any help appreciated

Hi. In from Argentina and Vw 8v turbo in argentina is very common, there are many cars with that setup. Did you try to contact somebody from here?
