To announce the 0027 version of the Microsquirt trans code.
Changes since the last release
Bug fixes
Fix scaling on ppm, ppk inputs.
New / changed features
Calculate trans slip and convertor slip (where possible.)
Add in convertor slip, trans slip, output shaft speed to datalog set.
Tweak to OD/cancel handling.
Minor / internal
Allow loggers in passthrough (MSG_REQX)

The updated manual is included.
A current TunerStudio is required.
