4l60e transmission slip on megalogviewer

I have a 4l60e megasquirt tcu and ms3pro. When shifting from 2 to 3 under power i can feel the shift but rpm's never came down. Can someone please look at the log and explain what is happening,,, thank you.

Try checking in output test mode to make sure it's properly upshifting into third there.

I did and could hear all solenoids working, driving around it works just fine just not under power. Megalog records a lot of things transmission wise that I have no idea what they are or what they mean, transmission slip 74, 74 what? Where do I find this information?
