Proto type printboards, how to?

Post by Motoren »

Hi, I’m kinda new to this :) and I was wondering how you would make a circuit like this on the picture.

Do you use a prototype print board ? Or just make a big clump of wires with tape around it ? :)

If it is just for testing the circuit use a breadboard.
If you make a proto use a pcb and solder it together.
There are lots of types PCB to choose from, search for perfboard of proto pcb.

It’s not just for testing :) I’m hoping it’s actually gonna work and be installed in the car :)

I might be able to borrow a breadboard before final install.

Maybe one of you two can help me out here :D

I’m gonna be using the schematic I posted, but I don’t need L and the car is alway gonna drive with OD on because I don’t have an OD switch. I only have P R N and D. Can I just remove the wires from OD and L ?
