duplicate post - any way to remove one?

Some how I sent the same post twice. Is there some way to completely remove a post... as its originator?

Removing the post altogether is a moderator permission task.

You can edit the offending post, so it has no text in it, or maybe provide a link to the correct message.

Jedrik,

Most people edit the one they want deleted and just leave the text "delete me" or some such thing. As far as I know, the admins are the only ones allowed to delete anything, but normal users can edit their own posts to their hearts content.
