post my .BMP images in this forum?

When you are creating a message, look at the bootom where it says 'Add an Attachment'.
1. Using MicroSoft Paint save your .bmp as a .jpg
2. Click on Browse and find your .jpg file
3. click on add Attachment

now click on submit or preview. If the file is small enough it will show the image, or a reader can click on the download.
