msq and attachments not uploading

So for a few days now, I have been having issues with uploading attachments. Almost every time I hit "add file" I get a "page can't be displayed" error. I cleaned out some old attachments thinking that could be the issue, nope. Specifically I was trying to upload attachments in the Megalogviewer forum.

Gee, I posted this over a year ago, and still can't get attachments to ever upload for $h!t....

Everytime it is a struggle. I never had these issues before on the old forums (yeah that many years ago). Is there a maximum allowed amount of attachments? In the UCP attachments panel there is no indicator of maximum space allotted. I have a couple things there.

If I swap back and forth between computers, I "think"" I can usually get the attachments to work from my MacBook.
