Interface Pnp?

Does anybody know this guy that does the interface Pnp?
I have his ecu that was sent back to him to get a update. Was sent back to me and my laptop and my buddies laptop can't get into it. The guy said he was able to get into it and we just needed to update the firmware. Well needless to say we can update the firmware either. It gives me a couple failure to connect options but we change the settings and still can't get into it.can Anybody recommend a dif place that would be able to help? Obviously emails, phone calls, or texts won't get answered from this other guy, so I'm running out of options! Thanks for any advice joe
