IPad - Wi-fi Access

Good afternoon all. I am looking to try and connect to my MegaSquirt-I PCBv3.57 running the MS1-Extra firmware via an iPad to enable me to use the MobiSquirt app. I have read up on several forums that suggest a R-232 to Wifi adapter but wanted to see if anyone had done this and recommend one that works.

not to be rude, but mobisquirt has not been updated for some years now and that adaptor is expensive and scarce. If you wish to use a tablet for visuals or tuning, get an android device...

Thanks for that...if I do go for the Android Tablet i'm guessing its just a R232 to Bluetooth adapter?

Yes. Use the adapter that efianalytics reccomends, of search for $7 bluetooth. That is what im using...
