DSM/Mazda wheel settings

I've read and searched, all the DSM CAS threads have great hardware info- but no one seems to post thier wheel decoder settings. What exactly do you use for trigger angle, trigger A,B, returns, etc. when you have a 4-outer 2-inner optical CAS? I read 2 base teeth somewhere, but the rest of the settings remain a mystery (with only 2 teeth, what is trigger and return?). I would guess I only use one or two triggers, for wasted spark.
