Sounds just like the SR20DET ECU i've got on the bench for mods.

I'll post up some info shortly.

Make sure you run the ground for at least the 3extra VB921's seperately from the main MS ground, I found that helped with spikes.

THe SR20DET had the exact same issues until i made the right board mods.

Try putting your finger on the top of the board on the input to the CPU IRQ pin, if the tach spikes dissapear I may have some circuit changes for you.

Are your coils grounded to the valve cover or the block? and is your valve cover grounded.. I ran into that issue on the SR20DET, the coils should ground to the valve cover stud that goes into the head, the valve cover when sitting on its nice rubber gasket was insulated and causing ground noise to feed back and cause resets

Certainly worth a try - someone else on this forum reported a massive improvement when switching.

Have you tried moving your grounds for the ECU to the battery, and or 12V?

are all the grounds for the ECU at the same place including the sensors?

with my CA18DET I went with the FORD EDIS setup, so far NO problems runs like a beast and no issues have popped up.

glad to see another megasquirted CA keep up the good work. Is your CA in a 200sx?

yea its amazing how our big problems are caused by such small retarded things.

150kw to the wheels so thats about 201 wheel horse power.

Are you running stock setup like stock T25 turbo, upgraded SR T25 Turbo?

if your using the stock T25 thats very impressive numbers.

Definatly would like to see some pictures :D
