The basic setup should be pretty similar to mine then.... even though the engines have different displacement and heads it´s basically the same type of setup.
Could you post your msq ?, then you´re more likely to get a good answer.
But it sounds like you might have lean running settings ,it runs well on the afterstart but goes lean when that period is over.
As i said above though, post your msq.

I´ve been told before that the crank timing number in the spark settings needs to match the trigger return angle even on trigger return based crank timing, so you need to set it to timebased to be able to alter the number in the dimmed out window, then set it back to trigger retur....., a bit odd but this is what a few of the "oldies" here told me. Since your trigger return setting is 6deg BTC, not 10deg BTC that is not all good. But since it starts that´s not your primary problem i guess.
Also your spark table seems very moderate on low rpms, which shouldn´t stop it from revving. The XU9J4 is quite a sparky little engine so high advance figures at low rpms shouldn´t be a problem i think.
Other then that it seems very ok i think. Don´t see a reason to why you should have any trouble getting it to rev up more then 500-700rpm.
I think i have the wrong ini file activated for MT here.... your warmup settings is 0 (zero) all over in MT for me but that could be ..because of that.
