Bucking or spuddering under load

I have been playing with my TBS settings and VE table with no luck. I am running megatune 3.0

I have installed a coil pack on my 96 probe and I am getting bucking at around 1500 rmp to 2100 rpm. I have attached a log file and my msq file for any help.

I have been working with the VE table mostly increasing/decreasing these values. It has helped, but still having these issues. There is no problem for idle, except for running rich. When under load my AF is fine (around 14.7)

I have been searching here for some more info, but since I have not narrowed down what could be causing the problem my searches are huge.

Using my disty, everything runs great.

Any thoughts?

Here is an update. I noticed in my logviewer at the base of the spikes my fuel pressure goes to -10, could my FPR be the issue?
