MSnS for fueling only

Seems silly I know but the MSnS code has some nice additions that arent possible on the V3 standard code from what i can see (overrun injector shut off for one) and a few other bits. I intend to go to SnS soon anyway but i wanted to get my head round tuning on fuel only for now (the only outputs I have hooked up at present are two banks of injectors and the fuel pump).

So can i load in SnS firmware and not have any of the outputs/input channels from normal MS altered? I dont want to load in the new code and have it go bang as ive reconfigured the pins like a fool?

Info much appreciated, while i wait for Bill to send over my LC-1.

I ran mine fuel-only while I sorted out the ignition stuff. Worked just fine.

Yeh same here, I ran the extra code on fuel only for a while, got my head round it and then went over to spark.
