q10 burn

Hi guys i would like to know why i keep burning q10 this is my 2 time im using led 18 to drive my fan and in the relay i put the 1n4001 is a ms1 v2.2 board.

peter are you talking about the diode 1n4001 that goes on the relay to the fan i put it like this the banded side is in pin 86 and the other end in pin 85.
