Miss/ Stumble at Idle

I am running MSnS Extra v29q on a 2.2 board. The car starts, idles and runs fair but has a very rough idle. It sort of lopes and surges. The problem may be partly due to timing as I originally installed the EDIS in 2004 (cars been in storage) and the settings in v29 may not be correct. Any suggections?
