fan control on x2

I have set up fan control on x2 using x12 on db37,i'm using o24s9 and mt2.25b514 and ms1 v2.2 .In the setup box in mt you put values of temperature to turn fan on and one in the other field to turn fan off .The fan turns on at the set temperature but will not turn off when the lower temperature is reached and passed.It is not an external transistor problem as i have dissconnected the cable from ms and the fan goes off .I just wondered if there is a known bug in this version of si9 or mt or have I made a mistake somewhere along the line .Everything else works fine.Any help here would be appreciated greatly.
