Crossing over parameters from MS I MSns-E to MS II

I'm trying to get my Toyota 4AGE motor up and running (stock igintion), I can find lots of information on 4AG's motoring running MS I, but I can't find any info for MS II. The parameters from MS I to MS II seem to have changed, there's not a one-to-one relationship.
Does someone have a .msq file or some screenshots of an up and running 4AG - MS II V3 2.36?

Can someone answer the following questions?
1. Does the leading or trailing edge of the input signal from the module
represent the trigger signal?

2. Does the module fire the plugs normally (on the falling edge of the
output signal) or inverted (on the rising edge).

3. Does the VAST module do dwell control, or will I rely on MegaSquirt for that.
