Need HELP, MS1 with V3 Board

I'm currently trying to run MSnS-E on my V3 board but I can't get the MS1 processor to work, the daughter card works fine but as soon as I place the MS1 processor into the board, there is no response.

There is'nt 12V going to pin 16 and my "stim" is not underpowered as I'm using a power supply.

I have just recieved a second MS1 processor and I'm experiencing the same problem.

I try load new code, but get a download error. I've also repeated all the tests on the V3 board in the assemble guide and everything is fine.
