Problem using output3 as an output

Dear all,

I was hoping to use output3 to trigger a water mist setup on avehicle using MAT and TPS as inputs. On the stimulator, that part works (i.e. using source of output3 = output1+source does indeed combine MAT and TPS inputs). The problem is that the output from output3 (pin 15 of U1 after removing R1) is not an on-off output, but rather PWM-ish. The green 'LED' on megatune flickers randomly, and I confirmed this PWM-ish output with my scope.

Another problem is that the delay function of output3 doesn't seem to make any difference, and I was really hoping to use that feature.

Code is 029q2, PCB is v3. Anyone have any output3 experiences? Output1 and output2 work just fine as on-off switches, but they won't do delay or dual inputs like output3 seems to be able to do. Thanks for any suggestions.

On the stimulator it gives a short pulse of voltage every few milliseconds. very much like the output on the FIdle pin.

Very off topic, but another problem i found today was that the overboost function does not work as i expected. The car kept boosting past 160kpa even when i had the hard cut limit set to 110kpa.

If youre flowing more exhaust than your waste gate can handle, then you will get overboost, even with MS working right.
