I need to invert the fan output...to drive my stock, normally close, fan relay
when ON should be not ground
and
when OFF should be ground !!!

Not quite sure what you mean but it sounds like you’re enjoying yourself and I guess that’s all that matters......
I have attached an old msq file from when I was running 029q2 (now running MS2), with this I had it rigged so at the first set point it would turn two thermos on in series (low speed), and then when the next set point was reached it would power the fans in parallel (hi speed), this had a softening effect on the instantaneous power surge. Anyway enjoy...
