Hi there!
I have a problem with the fan controller. I have made a interface circuit has it is said in the sourceforge pages. I use output 4. In the led, to connecting it in the right way, what wire I should connect, the positive or the negative part? The rest of the circuit it's fine. When the fan wires are disconnected form the relay, it has 12 volts, but, when I connect to the relay, it doesn't start and there is no voltage.
Can you help me out? Thanks!

First if you have output 4 wired correctly you should get 5V from the right leg of the LED when the output is on, 0V when the output is off.
This wire goes to the left side of the 1K resistor(FP-1) in the picture. Put 12V to one side of the relay's coil. Connect another wire between the transistor and the diode shown in the picture as FP1. This will complete the circuit and energize the relay when the output is on.
