Bosch LSU 4 wiring

Guys,

Can anyone tell me how to wire a Bosch LSU 4 wideband lambda sensor. It's the 5 wire one. The simpler the better

..... got one for MS, what about the other 4?

The LSU4 will not work by it's self, it requires a controller such as the Innovate Motorsports LC-1 Lambda Cable here.
