Hey I was just swapped in amber LEDs instead of the red ones that come with the unit. I have a BMW and its lit up amber I thought having 5000mcd amber LEDs would be nice.
The specs on the amber leds are:
Power Dissipation: 100 mW
Continuous Forward Current: 20mA
Peak Forward Current (1/10th duty cycle, 0.1ms pulse width): 50mA
The forward voltage is 2.2v
Will having these LEDs in the unit affect my spark outputs? I am using all 3 as spark outs.
They are in the unit and work great, but I haven't put it back in the car yet.
