ANOTHER RESET PROBLEM

I'm having reset problems only on very low rpm; tickover and slightly above, and often just when I touch the throttle. When it stops I have huge problems restarting the engine especially when the engine is hot. I've never had a reset when the engine is cold, only after it's warmed up.

My system is a lost spark 4 coil pack MSnS with a 60-2 trigger and a Vauxhall/Bosch VR sensor on a 4.0L RV8. The VR sensor is screened which is eartthed only at the MS. I have a LC1 WB sensor and I'm using firmware 029R.

I've put new resistor plugs on, NGK B7ES, I've tried various layouts of earth/ all earths on the engine block/ split the coils earth from the MS earth/ had all the sensors earthed together and split the coil and MS earths. I've tried a 33,000uF cap on the +12V to the MS.

The problem is still there and the main problem is when it stalls when warm I really struggle to restart it which is very embarassing when I have to push my car to the side of the road Toys have been thrown out of the pram i've used a tree branch a'la Basil Fawlty and it still resets so I've come to the end, please help before I comit caricide.

NGK B7ES is not resistor plugs. NGK's resistor plugs has a R before the heatrange number. Try with BR7ES or BPR7ES(projected tip) and see if that helps.

just out of interest have you tried the VR sensor cables the other way around?

yep, tried reversing the vr sensor wiring. What confuses me is that it only happens when it's warm and yet I can't find it by cooling individual items.
I've tried a few variations of earthing but ntohing seems to stop it.

Is this reset the same with 36-1 toothed wheel and/or the Ford EDIS module, or is it only60-1 with a 4coil lost spark setup.
