rpm and no pw

ms1, v2.2,msmse 29q2
i have just done the mods on the the board to run hei but after installing...the car wont start.i thought it was ignition related. ms sees rpm but pw is at 0. changed back to old settings but still same thing...ms reads rpm but no PW...

thanks lance.....i will wait for his reply.....i ahve a question though....
whats configuration error..does that mean that i can cancel out any wiring and connections errors etc. i have taken the whole system apart in these past few days.....but still no luck....what do you think of my msq ?
