Confusion on TFI output using MS1 and V3 board

OK, I'm confused! What mods to the output side are necessary when using a MegaScott adapter board for TFI ignition?

The TFI mod instructions on James' site seem to detail a V2.2 board only for output using Scott's simplified output, but we are assembling a V3.

Can Scott or someone give me a pointer? (Input is straightforward, no issues there.)

Give me half an hour and I'll add a few words to the site. My current words "check the schematic" aren't particularly helpful.
