Dual table hardware problem / question

I have built the active high table switching circuit per the MSnSe site instructions (http://megasquirt.sourceforge.net/extra ... witch.html)

But what I'm finding is: when I apply +12V to the base of the 2N2222, I'm seeing 1.8V at the output instead of ~0V so MS never sees a low.

Any idea? Any tried this circuit?

Check that you installed the transistor correctly. I am using this circuit as part of the nitrous control and it works for me.
