I would need some help on the uper part of the wizard.
I understand the bottom part of it.

I use TPS-based (running Alpha-N)
what's with the Rate (v/s) to Value (m/s)

Basically if your TPS moves at a certain rate volts/second (user settable in Megatune) then MS will add that amount of fuel to your PW (again, user settable in Megatune)
