How to check version of MSnS?

How do I see what version of MSnS firmware that's present in my MS?

I've sucessfully managed to load 029s into my MSI-V3 ECU.
But when I save my msq-file it seems to be 029q?

MegaTune show version 029s but in the msq log window all files are marked 09q****.

Both share the same MSQ file format. Changes from 02q -> were merely in code, not data structure.
