what is over run fuel cut?

would like to know what function is over run fuel cut in the megatune More Settings page and how do I set it up for my car

The RPM setpoint will need to be a bit higher than your tickover speed, I would suggest it was around 800rpm higher than the tickover RPM so as the fuel and engine has time to settle down again once fuel is switched back in.
oops, sorry for not reading the manual more carefully before asking
ok now as in the manual what would be the tickover speed?- metcap
