help with mitsubishi 6g72tt gto 1992

Post by proturbo »

as the topic
my engine is already fired up
i will post the datalog soon
i set it up with msextra v2.2 board
and run 36-1 custom crank wheel

the thing is
im confused with the injc setup
because im using the stock resistor box
so im set the pwm current into 100% and 25.5ms as a high imp injc would be
im a wrong
and second is my engine start normally, just i cant get any rev up with power
i mean my engine doesnt seems right and no sound of powerfull at all
i calibrate the timing already
my spark output is Not inverted as i using the stock ignitors

what should i do?
please enlighten me
im preparring it for dyno run today

Whenever you have a question like that, post your MSQ and a datalog...
Otherwise any answer will be a guess, if it gets an answer at all.

Dyno tuning on a motor that doesn't really even run well yet is a waste unless the someone present is a whiz at MS1-extra tuning.

It seems to be losing teeth. What sensor type and conditioner circuit are you using?

You may want to try a tighter sensor gap.

here is my log and first fine tune map producing 198whp at g2 on Mainline AWD1200
still experiencing some missfire a bit
but better and solved by regap the sensor to tooth and also fix some tooth which is not properly provided

It seems to be losing sync with the trigger wheel occasionally. Can you capture the loss of sync in a tooth log?

Running resistor plugs?
Shielded wire for the VR line, shield only grounded on one end?
(the Zeal/LM1813 will work fine with a Hall sensor too simply adding a small capacitor in line)
