Without a wideband O2 signal in the data log, I'm pretty much flying blind about how to evaluate your tune. But there were a few things that jumped out at me:
1. Your duty cycle is going over 100% - you may need bigger injectors.
2. The battery voltage is seriously noisy. I recommend checking for grounding problems.
3. It's generally better to dedicate more cells in the VE and spark table to under 100 kPa and fewer to under boost.
4. What's with the huge bump in VE at 500 RPM?

I think u are right... im goin to repair all the important things.... including the tooth gear... and also all the electricity... will be back later... im having 210whp right now...
About the injc duty... i think its because im reading the rpm for the mainline dyno through inj pulse...
Well thanks so much for ur help... will be back soon....

Re: RB26DETT Tomei Internal Help
If the RPM pickup is interfering with the MegaSquirt or holding the injector open, you've got some serious problems.
The injector duty is based on the MegaSquirt's own data readings and calculations. The Mainline dyno is totally of the loop here.
