Ford gen 2 coil pack vs 2x bip373

Hi all got a question,

Running a ms1extra v3.0 board, 36-1 wheel, vr sensor and direct ford gen 2 coil pack on a Renault 5 gt turbo

Board has been built and triple checked against various manuals and guides.

Got the car up and running for say a minute, then turned it off. And then it started going bad

Rough running next start, Weak spark out of cylinder 1 but Strong spark out of cylinder 2

Swapped coil pack wires around, now got strong spark on cylinder 1 and weak on cylinder 2. Leading me to think a coil driver has gone bad?

I bridged the second bip373 direct to the db37 pin. Do I need to do this to the first bip373 on the board aswell as the tracks look small around the db37 pin?

Coil pack cracked so guessing dwell time for cranking was too long at 5-6ms admitted I was cranking a few times trying to fault find.

Spark settings are correct as per diyautotune and spark inverted yes
