MS1 Extra does rev under light throttle

xMS1 Extra will not rev pass 2500 RPM under light throttle approx. 20% throttle. it sound like when there is a spark limit....and my tachometer bounces around this RPM, I have tried reflashing the MS devices but that was unsuccessful, Attached is a tune file logger.

That is a seriously unstable MAP signal - where is the sensor plumbed to?
