relay for fuel pumps clicking on and off during cranking

ms1 v2.2 when I'm trying to start the car the relay that powers the fuel pump and sends power to the injectors is turning on and off pretty fast when i'm cranking the car. the car will prime the pumps when the ignition is turned on but the real problem is when the car is cranking. Didn't have this problem until recently I don't know if its related to software issues or what. When the car is cranking though tuner studio shows that the fuel pump little indicator on the bottom is lit up indicating the fuel pump is on when cranking, but the relay is freaking out, and the car definitely wants to start. furthermore when i do get the car running and idleing I car hear the relay click on and off randomly and the car dies. I attached my msq.

in addition just checked the fuel pump ground aka relay ground (because relay is sending power to fuel pump and injectors) and its showing 9v when key is off, and when the relay kicks on volts go away. strange....

Replaced q3 and tested other components of circuit everything seems ok still have same problem.

IIRC, a chattering fuel pump relay indicates a setting conflict. Have you changed anything on your tune recently.

datalog the ms durung cranking, what does the voltage show?

even with the car running I'm getting around 14v then the relay just randomly clicked off.
