Hi,
I have an ETB Tachomoeter which was fed from the coil's negative post on a rover v8.
I have switched over to using MS1 extra and 8x LS2 coils in wasted spark setup.
I have found http://www.msextra.com/doc/ms1extra/MS_ ... m#tachoout which suggests how to take the feed from each negative point via a few diodes and into the tacho.
The bit I don't know is which negative do I use from the LS2 coil, negative back to ECU, or negative back to block ?

thanks for any input!
Chris

You won't be able to trigger off the negative terminal on LS2 coils; it is not accessible.
