Ms1 LSX ignition inputs

Hello i have just finished build an ms1 v 3.0 for an ls1 24x motor. i am wondering what the ignition input settings in tunerstudios would be. Does it need to have a cam signal with ms1? i see with microsquirt it uses a crank only signal. Any help would be great. thank you.

MS1 does not support the 24X crank sensor very well. It can't use the tooth length for cylinder identification like an MS2, and as the MS1 has only one interrupt, if you try to use the cam sensor to identify the teeth, it may not always consistently trigger on the right tooth. I recommend either using a different crank trigger (58X or 36-1 would work) or upgrading to MS2.
