no start please check my settings

Hi, i am installing a ms1 3.0 , 4 ls2 coils, 36-1 wheel diyautotune hall efect crank sensor 1.6 suzuki enngine. here is the msq if you can help ne with this. It want to start but only with 2 cylinders also the crank trigger wheel have a little offset side to side when is moving but I can fix that.Do you think that is causing the problems?

I tried but when I try to start tuner studio goes off line.I notice that the leds blinks like if the power is shwithing on and of and when it starts the leds blinks at the same rate of the intermittent of the engine.Can I send you the ecu so you can check it or repair it?

Check for possible noise sources. Make sure it's grounded to the battery, block, or cylinder head, not to the sheet metal. And make sure you're not using non-resistor spark plugs.
