LS coil exploted :O

I put a Ms1 3.0 in a customer car with a 36-1 trigger wheel vr sensor and ls coils in wastespark mode, i test the car for 2 days and it was running perfectly fine,

Two days ago there was a huge storm and everything was flooded, so my customer had the great idea that since he didnt have a distributor anymore he could go through the water easily. yesterday he called me and told me that the car stopped and it didnt work anymore. and today i found this, but the truth is that i dont know what happend

Any information regarding this?

sorry , i keep checking the car, and the customer cut the cables from the relays that i put to the ignition key and put it in one of those panels for "racing" and left the switch open all night
